Go read your service agreement for your ISP and ***** next time something takes your Internet offline for 6 hours. Stuff happens, and if I recall over the last 2-3 years how much downtime has happened it's pretty damned low. These people are obviously the people that call the power company to complain when a tree or accident has taken out their power. WOW and my ISP have been down a lot more over the last 6 months than CCP/EVE have been in 2 years. Period.
